Issa Qaraqi, head of the Palestinian Authority’s Prisoners Commission, has publicly given the Israel authorities full license to permit the hunger strikers to carry on until they die. In fact he demands it.
2. Force feeding prisoners and forced cancer therapy

Within the same week the Israeli courts have ordered force feeding prisoners and forced cancer therapy. Whether I agree or not is irrelevant, the issue is how the medical body can describe one as torture and not the other? In both cases the Court decided against the patient's will, in both cases, the patient's will may shorten his own life. For the doctors one is ethical and the other is torture. May be that poor teenager with cancer should start a hunger strike to stop the forced cancer treatment then the so-called ethical doctors would stop calling police and judges as it would be torture as they superlatively label it!
