I can only imagine that the PA is of some vital use to Israel's government because it seems to have the patience of Job. This PA has turned itself into an unelected tyranny with an unelected life president who is a terrorist in a suit.It is the source of incitement to violence and terrorism against Israelis and incites anti-Israel hatred and anti-Semitism throughout the world. Most of all,though,it has now violated every part of the Oslo Accords that placed it in position and effectively torn them up.That being so,any rational person would say that it's overdue that it be wound up and the PA/Fatah cronies be arrested for their incitement to and actual terrorism.Why should they be put in a privileged position above alleged Jewish terrorists? Now, and even during Gaza last year, Palestinians show restraint. They didn't have to. I believe they recognize it is in their interest. If what was done in Duma is not a reflection of Israel, then, a few lone-wolves are also not a reflection of the Palestinians. They live a life of poverty, and great hardship. Much more than any Israel. They got together, called themselves Palestinians and want their country. It is their right, as much as it is ours to claim Israel. What should they do? Israeli citizens are not taken care of or listened to by their government, imagine being Palestinian, subject to military rule, not civilian rule, road-blocks, etc. What did we do against the British for our land? What is the solution? Just to hate them and swear at them on talkbacks? Repress them forever? Some solution needs to be found. Rajoub is right, occupation is corrupting the army, and Israelis, filling us with hate, demonizing palestinians and Arabs is exactly what the Nazis did to us. It made the Nazis inhuman, not us. Do we want to become the animals the Nazis were? Occupation needs to end, and in a way that we as Israelis can be proud of ourselves - not ashamed of how we were violent and degraded another people. We have been conducting fake, insincere talks with them for 20 years. It's time to end it.

The other option, not viable for us is: we annex the West bank and include them in our country? What exactly is your solution?

What is a long term solution that you propose we can be proud of achieving? Agree with you on some of your points but they are not the only ones to violate. We need to be truthful with ourselves, see both sides' arguments (the real ones anyway) and not just blindly support Israel because we love her. Otherwise we will never get out of this mess.

Sorry,Haifen,but you're being unrealistic.Israel withdrew twice from territory,South Lebanon and the Gaza Strip,and in both cases the pride in withdrawal turned into terrorism,misery and war.
