If the pregnancy is terminate in the second trimester instead of the first trimester, the danger of breast cancer later in life for the mother is not a factor. But there is emotional distress that is lifelong whether a pregnancy from rape in a child is terminated or not. The advantage of having a child before the age of 18 is that such women are less likely to get breast cancer from a lifelong immunity imparted by giving birth before the age of 18.
