The rabbis should appeal the Congress to force Iran to stop its threats against their own country(America) and against Israel and ,actually,against the whole non muslim world .If Iran effectively stops these threats ,than that could be a reasonable accord. Why the rabbis don´t ask for that?

Let me see if I understand this.... Any Jew who supports the agreement with Iran and supports a two State solution to the Israeli Palestinian conflict is a self hater, enemy of the State of Israel, and an anti-semite? According to the right wing this includes the past three former heads of the Shin Bet and Mossad, current and former generals in the IDF, the past four Israeli Prime Ministers, the past two Israeli Foreign Ministers, and the list goes on and on. Mark, first of all, there are many, many people who are not in the Far Right who think that this is a brain-dead deal. I am a dedicated centrist-neither right nor left. Next, while it is true that there are some former members of Israel's intelligence/defense services in favor of this deal, the overwhelming vast majority of members who are currently serving in these areas in Israel oppose this deal. Also, most Israelis across the political spectrum are adamantly opposed to do this deal. Last week, AIPAC came to Charlotte to present its case against the deal. I found their arguments to be cogent and unassailable. The simple fact is that deal does not meet the minimum requirements of stopping Iran from getting a bomb--not even close. I would encourage you to get away from thinking left vs right, and start thinking about what is good for the U.S. and the Jewish People. If this deal goes through, Iran will get the bomb, just as N. Korea did.
