If the locals in Syria and Iraq want to fight with each other why is it the responsibility of the "west?" Note that the USA congress has absolutely refused to authorize any military adventures in the ME. Since Bibi appears to control the USA congress why hasn't he gotten them to authorize war against ISIS? Under the USA Constitution, ONLY congress can authorize war and the current republican congress refuses to do that. Probably because they know they would lose their jobs if they did. Since the local do not appear to be willing to fight off ISIS, why should the USA care?
