Will the High Court interfere if petitioned by Palestinians and left-wing bodies about this exacerbation of punishments against rioters and inciters ?

In decent society violence small or big must be dealt with firmness and severity of punishment must be same. Because today they throw stones, tomorrow molotov cocktail, next they come with weapons and guns.. The deterrent must be immediate and firm.
