It looks like the frozen calamari was shrinkwrapped in heavy plastic, so any unopened cod or calamari would not have been contaminated. It would take only one package being opened to figure out that this was a mistake and no major problems were created. This is a non-issue.

Except for the most obvious violations such as cooking pork, there is little supervisors can do to keep anything kosher but thanks for suspending your disbelief.
