Mistakes happen in the house, but the house owner calls a rabbi and the mistake is rectified. Mistakes happen in business, but many business cover up their mistakes since it means money. Hopefully here, it was just a mistake and not a scheme to make more money.

Sea products aren't "contaminated" by contact. So just sell them to some TA restaurant. They are very good once fried.
8. cod, calimari and plastic
iselin ,   oslo   (09.10.15)
It looks like the frozen calamari was shrinkwrapped in heavy plastic, so any unopened cod or calamari would not have been contaminated. It would take only one package being opened to figure out that this was a mistake and no major problems were created. This is a non-issue.
9. In practice, no restaurant is kosher
Peter ,   Jerusalem   (09.18.15)
