It was Bush who really screwed up the ME. He sent troops in to get Sadaam Hussein who Bush 'suspected' of having weapons of mass destruction and never found anything since Sadaam only had a big mouth. Bush's having Sadaam killed instead of putting a democratic government into a place that does not think like Americans nor like Americans did not work well. Going on to Obama who really cares little for facts on the ground, we are seeing the same thing. Americans seem loath to think and read what is going on. Instead of blind faith in religion, they have blind faith in being blind liberals that all will be OK with Iran. Some one should wake up America before they totally go down the drain.

However, the majority of commentators demonstrate an unsophisticated ignorance of history and vituperative rage towards Arabs in general and the migrants in particular. We need to put 'boots on the ground' and clean up these places the refugees are fleeing. Europe is getting swamped with refugees and it doesn't seem like it will end soon. It's one thing to take out dictators, like the US helped to do, it's another matter entirely to make sure a leadership vacuum doesn't lead to a rise of ISIS or civil war. It's in the US' and the West's best interests to clean up these messes. Europe will see a rise in far-right groups because native Europeans feel squeezed and ignored by the sheer number of refugees. I don't look forward to any European Country ruled by a modern-day Hitler - this is bad for everyone. This could happen if you listen to the rumblings going on right now. I have family members in the US Military and I don't look forward to deploying troops to these countries. However, if we don't get them settled down I see more war in the future that could be worse than tackling things now.
