1. Damage is done !
Natan galkowicz ,   Israel   (09.26.15)
To attack journalists is one of the worse things that can be done to damage the already poorly "image" that Israel have around the world . We ( I am an israeli) for decades have been losting the public relations war , which the Palestines are doing so well . So , with this action against AFP , we gave another 12 points to our enemis
2.  'Disciplinary measures will be taken.'
A ,   Belgium   (09.26.15)
It seems the IDF soldiershave already taken disciplinary measures the A.rab F.alse P.ropoganda photographers, and justifiably so. How were they so conveniently ready with their cameras in Beit Furik to document the "brutality" of the IDF against the poor, oppressed "palestinians"?

of course the Palestinians aren't oppressed. Just look at check points they have to navigate which turns a 10 minute trip into an hour. It is pretty suspicious that these journalists had cameras and other photographic equipment with them. How dare they!

It is time for the government show more sympathy for its young soldiers. They have been given an almost impossible task with hostile media constantly trying to find flaws real, imagined, or faked. If they are less than perfect and human, the result is "the IDF will take disciplinary action". The government should care more for its own people. No matter what is done, the New York Times, BBC, and "human rights" organizations will find fault.

China and Russia are the two major powers that have blocked efforts in the UN Security Council and the Arab League to force Syria to halt its military offensive against rebels and regime oppositors. Or maybe you should give a look to the bunch of foreign companies operating in Syria. Dijla Petroleum Co. (read about contracts. source: Syrian oil and gold mining exports and sales) Al-Furat Petroleum Co. : is a state-owned General Petroleum Corporation (GPC) and its international Shell Petroleum a subsidiary of Shell, & investments from Indian and China. Oudeh Oil Co. -SINOPEC ranks 9th among world energy & petrochemical companies in terms of sale revenue and is the largest energy and petrochemical company in China with activities in E&P, Refining, Chemical and Product Marketing. Royal Dutch Shell is among the largest investors in the Syrian energy sector. The country had its $3.5 billion-a-year oil export revenue curtailed by an embargo from European consumers. AsHayan Petroleum Co. / Petroleum Company that executes development operations in oil & gas production field in the fields discovered by Croatian INA Company, (Jihar, Palmyra, Al Muhr, Gazzal, Al Mustadira, and Mazrur Fields). Sino Syrian Al Kawkab Oil Co./ China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Corporation won the rebuilding project of the Gbeibe oil field after competitive bidding with the companies from United States, Canada and Russia. Ten years ago Russia and Syria signed a deal that wrote-off nearly 80% of Syrian's debt to Russia. i guess the Russian Gov forgot then to invite Israel skilled entrepreneurs to give a nice speech in the Russian Congress before that deal...oops

Joe Charlaff ,   Mevasseret Zion   (09.26.15)
As a journalist I find this behavior on the part of the soldiers is outrageous and intolerable and smashes the myth of the IDF being the most moral army. It is hoped that severe disciplinary action will be taken against those soldiers.

You cannot please those people no mater of what you do - well, short of dying of course. Just stay safe and the rest will tend to itself.
