The agreement which relates to the Temple Mount/Haram El Sharif is the additional protocol concerning the temple mount/haram el sharif attached to the Israel-Jordan Peace Treaty. Both documents are available on line I suggest that you go find them and educate yourself so that next time you speak about this you sound a bit more intelligent than you do now.
