The government does not approve or deny marriages. They do not issue licenses or anything else. The Basic Law bars the government from anything to do with marriage, that includes the courts

I'm trying to figure out which new law is more mentally corrupt? Legalizing immoral marriage or taking away parents' rights as legal guardians over their own children!!!! The evil High Court (if you can call it that) "prides" themselves with "this law would make Israel the first country in the world to take away parents' rights as legal guardians of their own children." If this is not evil, what is? Is the High Court's plans to kidnap Jewish children once again and give them to those immoral marriage partners?

Can't they just be happy living together, and get all their rights like a married couple. At least that way if they want to part from each other they would not need to get a Get. But if it is the case and marriage is the only thing that will make them happy "gay gazinta hate" so be it, they would go abroad and do it any way at least we can save them the airfare and save them from leaving the country, I mean we are talking about a Jew and a Jew is a Jew no matter what feeling he may have. There's nothing "gay" about homosexuality. The initials "GLBT" are nothing more than an acronym to make an abnormality seem normal and acceptable. Two people of the same sex cannot consummate a relationship and no one born a man can become a woman or a woman a man.

Marriage is not a right period. There is no such right in the world. The government does not block or grant marriages - they are not allowed to have anything to do with marriage. So the courts must reject this because it is not a government function
