The GEOGRAPHY makes sense The ECONOMICS makes sense The LOGISTICS and PRACTICALITY makes sense The LOCATION makes sense Yes it would mean a complete rebuilding of the West Bank in Gaza The Arab towns and cities in the West Bank would be rebuilt in the Palestine in the expanded Gaza Palestinian properties in the West Bank would be sold to Israelis at Market Values and plowed back into Gaza to build bigger homes and businesses Yes a big undertaking But the Chinese built 100 times the size of this potential project in just ONE DECADE And the vast transfer of assets from the West Bank and the diaspora would spark an enormous and unprecedented economic boom in this new Palestine in Gaza So why is Hamas or the PA not beating this particular drum? Sadly too much power and control to lose But the clamour for the debate IS INTENSIFYING

So you are saying Egypt will give up lots of land and move lots of Egyptians so Palestinians can have some land for a country - How likely is that? Then there is the "slight" problem that Palestinians would be giving up productive land and water for non-agricultural desert lands with no water - how is that supposed to be a "good deal?" Is Israel going to pay to build desalination plants sufficient to provide water for millions of humans and lots of agriculture? Tourism is a very limited income source so the Palestine you envision would need to have lots of other sources of wealth - what would those be? Basically this is just more delusional fantasies.
