3. Jonathan Pollard might be harmed if he remains in the USA,
while in Israel, perhaps there could be guards and security that would not be provided by the USA. For some reason, BO releases foreign nationals from prisons in the USA, like over 30,000 a year, but does not deport them or force them to repatriate to the country of birth and citizenship for them which puts the US public in great danger from them. Traditionally, when foreign nationals are released from prison under other less lawless US Administrations, they were repatriated (deported) back to their homelands. Jonathan Pollard does not want to be an American or live in the USA, so he should be allowed to immediately go to Israel where he would be in less danger since he is loved not hated there.

You are stupid. Why doesn't Israel release Vanunu who renounced his citizenship? Pollard is an American who served his sentence for treasonous behavior, however the stipulation of his release is to serve parole for a number of years. Why would Israel want to kick sand in our face after all we do for it, such as unlimited VETO support and more than $300,000,000 a month in military aid and total funding for its missile defense systems. Its just plain old arrogance from that worthless beggar Bibi who always has his hand out but gives nothing in return like we owe his country something.
