5. Poor Ben-David who was beaten up almost to death in order

I acknowledge that Israelis have much freedom that doesn't exist in the Middle East, but can someone please answer these questions and prove to me Israel is not an apartheid state. I will not even mention separate access roads, or Jewish only settlements.
1. Why are Jewish homes never demolished if an attacker is Jewish?
2. What I the ratio of Jewish attackers who where "declared incompetent" to fit trial vs Arab attackers. ( I'm guessing 99% to 1%).
3. Why do Israeli Jew civilians have civil courts and Arab civilians are subject to military courts.
Other than that I must say Israel is very democratic compared to the Arab authoritarian regimes, but when it comes to true democracy as we have in the west, In my opinion israel is a true apartheid state.
