Ten attacks on hitchhikers in the past 2 months. "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
4. Isnt it time Palestinians took the political initiative
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (12.01.15)
Isnt it time WE made the running? Lets call for Egypt/Jordan/Hamas/PA and Israel Summit Lets discuss the viability of the Palestinian 1999 Plan which is for a contiguous Palestine from an expanded Gaza created from land exchanges with Israel West Bank for Negev and possible purchases of some Egyptian Territory in Sinai Creating a physically unified entity potentially greater in size than Lebanon With great natural resources from substantial offshore oil and gas, wonderful beaches, rich fishing and with water some of the most fertile agricultural land in the region And think of the bonanza for the Palestinian Economy when West Bank Palestinians sell their properties in the West Bank at market values to reestablish and resettle homes in Gaza? The huge economies of scale in managing one entity rather than two And the reduced risk of East/West Pakistan syndrome that such separate entities risk of break up SO WHY IS THIS NOT AT THE VERY TOP OF THE PALESTINIAN STATEHOOD AGENDA? Whilst it is the OBVIOUS LOGICAL BEST MOST SOUND MUST LUCRATIVE for the Palestinian National Interest it clearly AINT for the PA and Hamas who never want to lose control of their little kingdoms and their UNWRA and EU NO QUESTIONS ASKED Cash Bonanzas and Gravy Trains So what do they do? They DELIBERATELY perpetuate this MISERABLE status quo indefinitely Hamas or no Hamas, Abbas or no Blah Blah Abbas…..We call on all Palestinians and our Supporters to help ORDINARY Palestinians put destiny IN Palestinian hands and unite behind the Palestinian 1999 Plan
5. 3 Joe, Israel: Einstein was wrong. Doing the same thing
Rivkah   (12.01.15)
over and over again expecting a different out come is faith, not insanity. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Einstein was not a man of faith to my knowledge which was eternally tragic for him. He was a man of reason. Reason and logic are sad substitutes for faith which moves mountains. Long ago, there was a poor cobbler who looked at the knees of a woman whose skirt fell open in front of him at his shop. In horror at his feelings of carnality, he went to the back of the shop and got an awl and pulled one of his eyes out, preferring to go to heaven with one eye than to hell with two eyes after his lustful feelings. Some time after that, the Islamic Caliph held 100,000 Christians hostage and said he would spare their lives if their faith could move a certain mountain. They prayed and prayed and the mountain did not move, so the Bishop came and prayed and still it did not move. Then Elohim told the Bishop about the poor cobbler and where he lived and said He would listen if that cobbler joined the praying condemned Christians for the mountain to move. When the cobbler got there and prayed, the mountain moved and that Caliph spared the 100,000 Christians and became a Christian himself. These people prayed and prayed and prayed for the impossible to happen and to some that is Einstein's definition of insanity. But there was a man Elohim respected enough to listen to. His works (of pulling out his eye) proved his faith.
6. pay for hospitalization too?
Larry ,   LA (formerly)   (12.01.15)
why do we have to pay to have the terrorist healed? Let the PA or his family pay full.
