First of all, nobody is offering peace, or even willing to recognize Israel. No enemy state, and definitely no terror organization, i.e. Hamas, Hizballah, or any other group. We have peace on paper with Egypt and Jordan, but this is cold peace. Israel is not willing to take a chance and handle any land to the Arabs, because the vacuum will be filled by ISIS, who are in Sinai and Jordan already, with supporters in the West Bank.
