Perhaps it can be converted in to Government offices?
4. Biblical stories are entertainment for orthodox nuts only.

Walt Disney would not use Biblical stories and he knew where money flows from. Close this failure park in Eilat and convert it into a car racing arena with NASCAR drivers competing.
5. like everything else in Eilat it was overpriced

The municipality of Eilat has built up their tourist area without any real plan, except to make as much money as possible. They think we are all stupid and willing to pay outrageous prices for nothing. Examples: 1. it is the only town in Israel where one must pay for street parking 7 days a week including Shabbat. and one pays for parking over 12 hours per day. 2. there are no real budget hotels anymore. back in the old days there were reasonably priced hotels, and if one wanted to, there were plenty of inexpensive camping grounds. no longer. pay up for everything. Even the holiday rentals and airbnbs cost an overpriced fortune. 3. there are too many "fancy" malls all of them filled with over priced poor quality merchandise. There used to be a broad walk but the powers that be at the municipality closed it down and built, you guessed it, ANOTHER MALL! 4. the restaurants are OVER-PRICED period. (unless you know where the locals eat, but in order to eat where the locals eat and yes there are some excellent little lunch places and some excellent local dinner places you need a car) 5. car rental now here's a real oxymoron. Public transportation in this little resort town is seriously lacking, nonexistent and/or really poor. The only people who use the few local buses in and out of the tourist areas are the hotel workers. Everyone else rents a car or pays ridiculous prices for taxi cabs. 6. There is nothing to do in Eilat except spend substantial amounts of money. You want to go see the dolphins, pay. You want to go to the corals pay but better yet stop in our jewelry shop AND buy our overpriced cafeteria food for lunch. 7. Eilat used to have an amazing JAZZ festival, until the municipality took it over. They fired two excellent cultural directors and turned a premier event into a cheap cash cow. I went to that festival for 20 years and then boom it turned into a piece of worthless yesterday overpriced music festival. 8. truth be told it is cheaper to fly to Greece, Turkey, Malta, Cyprus and/or Aqaba than it is to go to Eilat. 9. they are convinced that tomorrow afternoon they will have gambling in the meantime they have a whore corps (looks like white slavery to me) which they over advertise everywhere. and that is what is wrong with Eilat they took a pearl and turned into a sow's ear. No wonder the King's City collapsed into the dust. A pity.

thank you for reading my comments and for understanding that I am critical out of real love for Eilat. Good luck and yes if it is fixed we'll all come back for good times...because as kids we loved Eilat. :) p.s. the I-Max Movie Theatre (that pyramid in the center of town) that could be an amazing place just get new movies and watch all of us come in and happily pay to see good movies. and yes, do advertise the Eilat museum...it is just lovely and a perfect place to "hide out" in on a hot afternoon. :) Good Luck.
