trump's proposal is not unconstitutional. every sovereign has the fundamental right to determine which foreigners can enter its territory. the us constitution does not cover foreigners, and especially not, enemy aliens. the saudis do not let in jews, do not let in bibles, do not allow the construction of churches. yet no one screams about their violations of basic human rights. the shia terror regime continues to threaten israel with annihilation and has rallies where people chant "death to america." yet the obama regime made a deal with that terror regime which will give them over one hundred billion dollars.
