7. Security Considerations Paramount
With Arabs able to Knife Jews and ram them with cars killing and injuring them the open Jerusalem will require tough security muchtougher than now
The concept of a Demilitirized State for Arabs in Israel is really tough to safely implement .
Still there are thousands of empty spaces in Israel for settlement and more in the North Sinai for Gaza Arabs .Megacities can house Twenty Thousand People per Square Kilometre - so in the decades forth the Holy Land can have tens of millions of people -Jewish Arab and Internationals .
The Jews have to control security and immigration with the USA NATO and Hashemite Kingdom .

Who will live in these homes? Majority will likely be unoccupied and we'll end up donating them to our "friendly" neighbors. And for the 5 families who may, it will be a huge security threat and I doubt they will spend money out of pocket to pay for protection.

There is no way a PA state is possible for many reasons. First of all, the PLO has no interest in a state that just comprises the W. Bank, east Jerusalem & Gaza. They educate Arab schoolchildren that all of Israel is Palestine & state in speeches to Arab audiences that they goal is the liberation of all of Palestine. This is the reason Abbas demands the right of return for all Palestinian "refugees" . It's a ploy to retake Israel demographically.
The 2nd major problem is that Hamas, which rejects Israel in any form has been included in the government. While they don't have any ministries now, what happens when Abbas dies? When there are new elections Hamas will win. In the end, the autonomy that begun in the 1990's will have to continue. There is no way for Israel to completely separate from the Palestinians - they need jobs & we need workers. We have to coexist.
