1. In other words, for Arab arrest and torture to seem unbiased
JJ   (01.03.16)
Jews must be arrested and tortured too whether they committed the crime or not. Since there was never any evidence that Jews ever committed such crimes, the Shin Bet creates them (hence, the wedding video) and then torture the Jews, label them as Jewish terrorists and indict them. Our Rabbis were right all along about the Zionists.

such pro-Arab and anti-Jewish bias....

Justify interrogations, imprisonment and other measures, which are inappropriate in the eyes of pro Palestinian activists. The demolitions of brutal Palestinian murderers family's homes has some deterrence for such future terror acts, in a country which has not the proper capital punishment for these crimes. The administrative detentions spare the ISA from exposing its means of collecting information, which saves many Israeli lives and Palestinian informers. Even the left-wing Attorney General and the High Court understand what is at stake, and approve these measures. The Jewish underground, through its irresponsible warfare, inflames the Pal's hostility and drags Israel into another intifada. The latest wave of anti Jewish violence may be partly ascribed to their activity.

Evidence suggests that whatever the morality of torture, house demolition, collective punishment, etc. it doesn't actually work. Those on the receiving end either lie or want retribution. Such actions feed terrorism. But I guess the perpetrators of torture, etc. might get something out of it. Not my idea of fun.
6. # 5 The measures you mentioned do work
Moshe ,   Israel   (01.03.16)
For example, the city Jenin in the West Bank. During the Second Intifada, in years 2000-2003, "at least 28 suicide bombers were dispatched from the Jenin camp", causing 124 victims, "more than any other city in the West Bank." (cited from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jenin). In the current wave of terror, as I saw in a reportage on TV, the city is virtually tranquil. This is because many of its residents work in Jewish enterprises, and once a terror act of one of their inhabitants happens, all these employees are prevented for a period enter the work places.

Perhaps the relative tranquillity in Jenin has more to do with collective capacity building rather than collective punishment. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valley_of_Peace_initiative
8. The Book doesn't recognize nonjews as humans.
