Doesn't look like that will change soon. So your choices if anything are to blame (with Obama and his attitude towards Israel and Jews) for the situation here. You guys have been making war on Palestinians since 1967. Why do you expect them to like it? That is the bottom line. Israelis expect Palestinians to appreciate living under Israeli martial law and subject to Israeli violence against them. Carrying a pocket knife in the US is perfectly legal. In most states carrying a loaded gun openly is perfectly legally. In the US, we have a right to self-defense, something you routinely deny to nearly 5 million Palestinians. I carry the knife for my own reasons. It is my Constitutional right.

Instead of fearing an intifatah, Israel should welcome it (It is coming anyway), as a golden opportunity to change the status quo permanently.
