#1 Israel is not exactly a sovereign nation if it's run by America. #2 Allowing shops to be open on Shabbat and buses to run on Shabbat and stores to sell pork is not exactly Jewish rule. Jewish rule is Torah rule. Anything less than that is not Jewish rule. Neither is the court system run according to Jewish rule.
