Had terrorists been killed on the spot, their homes destroyed immediately within the first 15 minutes and their families ousted to their hometown in Jordan, there'd be less terrorism. As the Jewish heartland grows, the opposition to it grows as well. The people of Israel need the Rabbis in America to endorse with a full voice the growing heartland of Israel, to inspire their congregations to come to visit, to encourage them to give- we need your help to literally survive.

Whose responsibility is it to maintain the fence? Did the residents of the town think the Avon Lady would be sneaking through it?
Somebody, some person, had to decide, "no need to repair the fence." That person has to be fired immediately. Find someone who takes the job seriously.
Can't blame a rat for being a rat when the town doesn't care enough to keep the fence maintained.
What's really incredible is that with all the current terrorist attacks, happening almost every day, the town NEVER thought it necessary to fix the fence!
It would be informative for YNet to dig into this and discover who allowed this to happen and why he/she/they thought it was ok to leave a breach in the fence unrepaired.
