Israel doesn't stop Palestinian missiles by rewarding Palestinians. It stops missiles with overwhelming retaliation. Overwhelming Israeli retaliation will have Palestinians telling each other to stop stabbing just like they stop missiles. Israeli leaders are directly responsible for the non-stop stabbings by doing next to nothing. It's a wonder the people don't rise up and complain.
