He may be an idiot, but in this case he is blackmailing EU leaders for more money. Once e few billion Euro will be given to Turkey (actually to Erdogan) to take care of the refugees in the ME/turkey, Erdogan will shut-up. May be he is not an idiot. I am surprised that nobody sees the issue from that angle.
