Will this new electronic project be made available for the average lay person? I hope so.

The Copper Scroll is owned by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and it is currently at Jordan Museum in Amman. (N.B. The British gave the Copper Scroll to the Jordanians. To be fair to the Jordanians all these years they have been open to allowing academic research of the Copper Scroll to qualified academics from all nations including Israel.) There are facsimiles editions of it and much academic research has been carried out by scholars in Israel, the UK, Spain, France and Jordan. In fact there several excellent academic books about the Copper Scroll which have been published in the past 10 years.

Not one letter or dot (that separates a word). See the Vayikra scroll on the deadseascrolls (sic) website under featured scrolls. Then try to remember what 1st century CE MAN (not g-dman) said that not a letter or dot would fail.
