This was morning after American college student was murdered on the Yafo-to-Tel Aviv beach walkway. The attacker was then gunned down after slashing 10 other innocents, including a pregnant woman. There were two other terrorist incidents earlier, in the day. Luckily all perps were neutralized soon afterwards. CNN's title caption of the headlines? "Four Palestinians Killed." I saw it with my own eyes. Shameful. Disgusting. Outrageous.

I have no doubt in my mind that Jack Warner in turning in his grave at this very moment. The Shame of TIME/Warner to the memory of the founder of this media empire. Once Time held onto the idea of truth, justice and the American Way. What has happened to this ideal?

Too much time has passed for a thumbnail retraction or correction and a one line perfunctory "TIME regrets the error". Ban all TIME employees and agents from Israel. Period.
