Presumably the ISIS attack on an open street in Istanbul was not even targeting Israelis... The terrorists just got "lucky": the Israelis were random victims. Israelis and Americans: STAY HOME.. or at least stay away from hot spots in the Mid East and Africa... of which, unfortunately, there are now MANY. As an Israeli or American, you will always stand-out amongst the locals - and always be a tempting target. Today's environment is not one for random "tourism"... don't become another victim and casualty.
