Too bad the UN and others don't worry about innocent civilians and our soldiers as much as they worry about terrorists who come to kill. If the wounded terrorist had set off an explosive that killed others no one would say a word and would want to know why he was not prevented from doing so. It is an outrage that this soldier of ours was arrested and is being investigated. He should be freed and exonerated immediately so that he can return to his unit. The ones that should be arrested are those that incite terrorists to kill our people. Why isn't the UN worried about the behavior of soldiers in Paris and Brussels.
32. The soldier was justified and this is why
A ,   Belgium   (03.25.16)
In 1990 a terrorist stabbed and killed a female soldier in Jerusalem. Charlie Shalosh, a soldier, heard the girl screaming and ran to help her.He shot the terrorist.but the terrorist got up and stabbed Charlie to death too. Next time when you wonder why terrorists should be shot when they are "neutralized", think of Charlie.
33. He didn't do anything wrong!!!!!
Talula ,   Tel Aviv   (03.25.16)
Leave the boy alone.
34.  What is an attack?
ky   (03.25.16)
You can only define "neutralised" as being lifeless and unless an indepth medical check had been made on the attacker there was know way of knowing this. If he was still alive a just a slight movement could set off a bomb. it is necessary to know the meaning of the word "attack" because it includes it includes all possibilities and not just a single action .
35. Suspension Of IDF Soldier
Jeff ,   Germany   (03.25.16)
It is scandalous to place this IDF soldier under investigation. The country places its soldiers in untenable situations which should probably be the responsibility of the police. If the terrorist made even one slight movement, what is a soldier supposed to do? Even comprehensive video replays in soccer or American football do not always discern the truth. I would gladly shake the hands of this soldier and his immediate commanders.
36. Are they nuts?! These soldiers are exposed to danger all the

time. They should blast out of existence anyone attacking them. More than once a terrorist played dead only to kill a someone who approached him.
37. Killing of terrorist
steve gure ,   coconut creekUSA   (03.25.16)
Israel has to come to their senses. All terrorist and all those that aid and abet them have to be killed as soon as possible.
38. United Nations UN
Niko ,   Waipahu   (03.26.16)
The UN is a shadow of its former glory when it had a role to play in world affairs. Now the UN is an empty shell led by incompetent politicians who have no backbone to truly enforce anything.
39. Two things worth noting.
James USA   (03.26.16)
1. The Palestinian did not move. 2. The IDF solider calmly handed a packet to the solider to his left, then slowly moved forward and fired. There was no urgency in his action. Slow and deliberate.
40. The tribe will let the solider go.

in the united states, if an individual feels that he might face mortal danger, and if it is deemed legitimate, he would be acquitted of shooting dead the alleged attacker. eisencott, bibi and yaalon passed judgement, not being there, and not hearing what was in the soldiers mind as well as hearing the information of the medics and others on the scene about the danger of suicide belt of the fallen terrorist. The soldier may have jumped the gun to quickly, but his fear was legitimate to him and supported by the evidence of the other medics dealing with the wounded israeli. bibi jumped in to curry favour-he himself was not much of a soldier. yaalon is a huge disappointment, huge prinicipally because he didn't see that bibi was a flop. many people now see yaalon as a failed defense minsiter,a cting like do nothinig bibi. herzog jumped on the soldier because he is a nothing, zero, has nothing to offer israel. every family has one poor flop and herzog is it. i remind readers that eisencott was wrong with his stupid adherence to not permitting idf soldiers to take their weapons off base. some israeli soldiers got killed because they did not have their weapons. eisencott was wrong. as for civilians, idf advice on what to do is fairly worthless. you must have weapons to take out the attacker
