Let the stupids negotiate a new deal
3. Why are those self-appointed radical left judges allowed
Regina Pilcik   (03.27.16)
so much power? Isn't Israel supposedly a democratic country? What's democratic with non elected judges - for life, no less - meddling into affairs that has absolutely nothing to do with them?
4. Non elected judges are unconstitutional and undemocratic
Solomon   (03.28.16)
and thus have no right interfering in running the country.

Supreme court. Take back power to the people and out of the hands of an unelected power hungry self appointed dictators.

keren tzafon ,   tzafon israel   (03.27.16)
Large capital investments need a low risk - especially geographical risk. Since our government has the ability to revoke previous governments agreements willy-nilly then this clause seems to me to be a minimum requirement.
7. So the gas will reman undersea
Shalom ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (03.28.16)
while potential buyers sign contracts with Cyprus and Egypt. When at last, if ever, Israeli gas becomes available, it will have to be sold at bottom rates to attract any customers. In short, years of revenues will be lost altogether and thereafter the revenues will be much reduced.
8. Israel's HCJ has illegally seized authority
C   (03.27.16)
the hcj does not have the authority to judge conatratcs, especially those of international contracts. hence, the hcj has over reached and meddled in affairs of state, as it is wont to do. just as embarrassing is the hcj' lack of understanding of contract law. one of the major roles of contract law is to allow parties to the contract to have predictibility and stability. a ten year period during which the terms of the contract cannot be changed is both reasonable and in this case necessary. furthermore, the hcj did not considr the enormously negative effect of the ruling on israel's economy and her national security. the huge natural gas reselves will continue to sit under the sea, depriving israel of an essential encome and of energy independence. four pople out of millions have made a decision contrary to israel's national and economic interests without blinking an eye. this situation must be fixed very shortly..
9. The old boys club
Ariel claude ,   Florida USA   (03.28.16)
...Socialism in play in a Nation Netanyahu has been trying to break and convert to a freer democratic system. Unfortunately, the OLD boys club is hard to break, Mr. Prime Minister. You will and must find a way to break that also. The people of Israel will ultimately win in a free democracy when the aspects of socialism that's been hanging over the nation of Israel since the beginning, dissolves from within.
