1. Palistinians will never agree to seperation
DOV ,   USA   (04.01.16)
Over the years it is clear that it's all or nothing for the Arabs. Netanyahu has come out in the press numerous times inviting open talks for a two state solution with no response. This has nothing to do with Human rights. UNHRC is being inhuman towards honest hard working business people who provide jobs to people living in both sides. It is not their place to force Israels hand. Just the fact that they don't impose any demands on the Palestinians proves that they are prejudice toward Israel.
2. Who are the members?
Avi L.   (04.01.16)
Who are the members? Sudan, Syria, Iran etc as usual?
3. Any legit company will ignore this fowl body
Shep ,   Memphis   (04.01.16)
4. B-d-S
Morty Mooze ,   Snow City, Canada   (04.01.16)
An easy math question: Q. What remains when you take the B(ull) S(hit) away from the B-d-S? A. Anti-JEW Nazi thuggery & buggery! p.s.: The Israeli government should give Barghouti the boot!
5. UNHRC decisions are simple political statements
C   (04.01.16)
unhrc resolutions are not legally binding. the territory referred to as the west bank has never been a sovereign. the territory is at most disputed. companies that operate there do so legally. the black listing of companies that operate in the territory of the west bank is illegal. first, the unhrc does not have the authority to blacklist companies. second, a blacklist is tantamount to a boycott, which is illegal under domestic and international law.
6. UN is just another branch of World Jihad, so what?!

7. UNHRC
DANNY TAWIL ,   ENGLAND THE NEW MECC   (04.01.16)
WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, THATS RIGHT THROW THE U.N. OUT OF ISRAEL. ANYWAY THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN USELESS.
8. WHO WILL SUPPLY THE NAMES?
Ezekial Haim ,   London UK   (04.01.16)
Firstly, the names of the companies will probably be supplied by leftist Israeli NGOS.The government can legislate against such actions if necessary.Secondly Is raeli companies do not need to have businesses in the settlements ,instead these budinesses can become subsiduaries.Thirdly most members of the UNHRC are dictatorships or countries that only pay lip service to human rights and they know that this is only a propaganda exercise and will ignore the list.At the end of the it is business that matters most.Thr writer ofthe article was deliberatrly painting a worse case scenario .He can fairly be called a prophet of gloom and should be ignored.
9. UNHRC is filled with bias
Daniel ,   Tel Aviv   (04.01.16)
The member states that make up the UNHRC include states who have zero claim to being protectors of such rights. That said one has to wonder if the authors allegation that so many businesses will inevitably be forced to leave Judea and Summeria will be correct. If so what impact will it have on he human rights of the Palestinians? Will the jobs they lose be because they now have "rights" be a good thing? What would happen if Israel unilaterally gave the Palestinians complete control of all the land they currently inhabit that is not Jerusalem? If Israel said behold the State of Palestine! We give you this land now you collect your taxes pay your police provide clean water sewage electricity garbage collection post office banks fire brigade etc. We want nothing but the best for you but you are no longer to receive Israeli supplies or help." Is this what would make the UNHRC happy? Because IMHO this is what they are working to obtain.
10. Who is this idiot Sever Plocker
Sebastian ,   London, UK   (04.01.16)
I read this article, and it seems to be written by a politically motivated moron with no knowledge of international law or international relations. This man has achieved virtually nothing as far as I can see and has no actual expertise other than having written in some papers. Why would anybody trust this idiologue I have no idea. I agree the impact of UNHRC creating a database is not yet known. But the assessment that companies need to comply with UNHRC resolutions and that they amount to international law is balls. Companies can ignore it and nobody will penalise them officially. Instead, the impact is political. The database will be sent to BDS activists and this will result in the companies being targetted by racist mobs.
11. Bibi: End submission to U.N.
Chaim ,   Israel   (04.01.16)
We know the U.N. is the friend of tyrants, jihad and Israel's enemy. So why does Bibi submit to it? Why allow it in Israel? Israel needs to stand up to the evil U.N. and work with those seeking to defund it.
12. FOWL
Morty Mooze ,   Snow City, Canada   (04.01.16)
Referring to "fowl body" - right on - it's full ofbig talk, do nothing turkeys,;ostrich types with their heads buried so they don't the truth; and many members are just plain "chicken" afraid that they might have a late-night visitor wearing a suicied vest
