Use his executive privilege to compel all US colleges, both private and public to allow Israel advocates on campus a safe environment where their first amendment rights to express their support for Israel AND their right to walk around campuses as recognizable Jews (Yarmulkes and Star of David) without being harassed - mainly by Arab students, but also the extreme left.

The Obama administrator claims that it opposes BDS.But it's a useful tool that it can use to beat Israel while seeming to keep its grubby hands clean. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!

Boycott is a form of non-violent protest.
