I DO NOT understand why Israel accepts the "plausible deniability" that both Iran and Hamas depend on to prevent them from paying a price for using surrogates against Israel. This has created a system of warfare that favors Israel's enemies. I am 100% sure that if Israel retaliated against Iran and Hamas directly after every terrorist event that they sponsor, they would stop using surrogates. If Israel is worried about what the USA or EU or the World Community would say......it could not get much worse than it is now.
