I have some old matzo's I was about to pitch and tasted it and, viola! Fresh as when bought.
No wonder thews use matzo for eternity. LOL It never spoils..

And yes, Matzos do get spoiled because I also found a pack while cleaning my kitchen this Passover and it tasted rancid so I threw it out...I know we are not supposed to eat matzah until the first night of the Seder but I was curious about the freshness of this forgotten box...curiosity did not kill the cat this time :-)
