1. SHAME ON ISRAELIS
ASTRONAUT ,   USA   (04.30.16)
A few days ago Ynet reported about the teenage "paint party" where animal adolescents defiled the sanctity of the site with spray paint. Today Ynet reports yet another story about the garabage-ridden Holy Land. Israelis: shame on every one of you - this is how you give Thanks to Adonai for restoring you to His Land? Why make Aliyah to this garbage dump!!??
2. disgraceful
real vision ,   usa   (04.30.16)
For a country that takes great pride in its accomplishments, this is a national disgrace that people are too lazy to pick up their trash...But considering the trash one encounters daily on the beaches the govt has failed to educate people on their responsibility to keep Israel beautiful. WAKE UP ISRAELIS...CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES
3. Trash
USA   (05.01.16)
Every time I see trash in California, I think of the poor illegal illiterate Mexicans.
4. Wow Those first couple of pics are pretty damning
Cameron ,   USA   (05.01.16)
Bad swine scene. No one gives a damn? What's the real story here?

Birdi ,   Israel   (05.01.16)
Nope, the government does not have to teach Israelis how to clean up after themselves. Those lessons are taught in the home by the parents, especially the mother!
6. Solution
Jon ,   Ashkelon   (04.30.16)
Littering is a problem in all public areas in Israel, especially parks and beaches. I believe it is a sign of selfishness within a community. Government needs to launch an education campaign and introduce fines for littering - enforced by inspectors. The cost will be paid for by the fines collected. It would take a decade to see a big change.
7. Trash left......
Philip ,   Israel   (05.01.16)
this is a good indicator of the collective cultural level of Israeli society. The truth hurts.
8. Loving the country
Eric   (05.01.16)
For a nation that claims they love the land of Israel they sure do treat it badly
9. Barbarians.
Mike ,   Tel Aviv   (05.01.16)
Somebody feed peanuts to these monkeys....
10. Was the Parks Authority prepared?
David ,   Hartford USA   (05.01.16)
Year after year they complain about the litter. Were there enough trash bins provided? Were they located where the most people were? Were the emptied often? If trash bins are visible- people will use them. If they're a kilometer away, people won't use them. It's not rocket science. As for the folks who couldn't be bothered to use the nearby trash bin, have the park rangers fine them 300 shekels. A fine like that hurts and people will not want to throw their money away. Why are America's parks so clean? Because we care. Maybe Israelis need a lesson in taking care of their own home.
11. No.8, That‘s the problem.
Rich ,   Toronto, Canada   (05.01.16)
Israelis really don‘t love the country because they don‘t love each other. They pollute and exploit for whatever fleeting happiness they can get over the other person, and hope there is some non-Jews around to clean up behind them. But hey, in 200 years from now it will be too hot to live in Israel, and all of the coastal cities will be under the water as a result of Global Warming. They are destroying their own country.
