The terrorist was not killed because police and soldiers fear going to jail if they shoot a terrorists. Israel's weakness is what's contributing to the gloom in the tourist economy as tourists fear traveling to israel. Here in America most people who used to go for Passover to Israeli hotels with their families opted for local American Passover programs. No one trusts a hotel that employs Arabs as waiters or chefs.
