1. Terrorist got what he was looking for
Avi L.   (05.24.16)
Terrorist got what he was looking for, now he has 72 virgins and his family is proud. Maybe next time a soldier, worried to be prosecuted, won't shot and the terrorist will activate its explosive belt.
2. His a French citizen when he gets out of it here,
(05.23.16)
the French will arrest him the very second he leaves Israel! The charge? Crimes against humanity! If he were smart he would be a man and take the charges here. Because you know the French will teach him how to be a man...in their unique manner!
3. Azaria behaved like a HEALTHY(non-progressive) HUMAN being!

Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (05.23.16)
In a war situation, in a case of potential threat to lives, security personnel and soldiers are tasked with the very difficult decision to shoot and kill human beings. They may have to, and do so when they, at that moment, make a snap evaluation of a dangerous situation. Mistakes may be made, but if a soldier has to decide that there is a real danger, he cannot be blamed for an error in judgment which, with the comfort of retrospect and time, others may have acted differently. The kid did what he thought he had to do to save lives, and we should make him suffer?
5. benefit of doubt
ted ,   tel aviv   (05.24.16)
What goes on in the head of a soldier who was just under attack by suicide killers? Did he think the Arab on the ground possess a suicide belt? a knife? It is certainly possible that under the strain of the events he saw himself and his friends under possible danger. Just as a person is required to desecrate the shabbat if there is a possible danger to life, so too, a soldier who sees a possible danger to life should shoot a terrorist whom he thinks may do something to cause death to him or his friends. Let us NOT worry what the gentiles think, nor what B'Tzelem says, let us give this soldier the benefit of the doubt.
