Fortunately, the US still has its Constitution and Bill of Rights. Bush and Congress went way overboard on the USA Patriot Act. They got slapped down by the US Supreme Court, the most right wing court in the US since before the US Civil War long before Obama took office.
Does this mean the IDF won't take prisoners anymore to control relatives behavior? Or hold bodies hostage so survivors can't mourn their dead?
