Looks like it's do-as-I-say not do-as-I-do. So Hamas leaders would rather live in Israel than Gaza, yet they still incite the people to hate Israel and jihad. I hope this defector will live a long and productive life in Israel and that Israel will keep his family safe. His information has probably set back Hamas a year or two of tunnel digging. If Sadat could make peace with Israel, why can't a two-bit dictator like Haniyeh do the same? Is stealing from Hamas so lucrative that he can't give it up? Haniyeh could say, "We're done fighting. No more incitement. No more military-style summer camps. Open the borders, let's have much commerce between us, and move on." Haniyeh would get the Nobel Peace Prize. Is he man enough to do it?
