Iraq suing israel for destroying the nucleur reactor which that dog Saddam Hussein was building with French help. to produce a bomb to destroy Israel. well. so Israel should counter sue.. for the billions in Jewish property seized by the Iraqi government when Jews had to flee israel. How about the destruction rained on israel by the Scud attacksi 1990.. or how about the murders of Jews by Iraq who send their armies bent on killing Jews in 1948 and 1967 and in between. they would not even be able to pay the interest on the interest for the money they owe the Jewish community and the State of Israel when we finish the lawsuit.. of what they owe us..

Why sue them back for supporting Iran and allowing Iranian troops in their country. Let's divide this waste land that is called Iraq into 3, and get it over with. The Iranian mullahs can have their Shia ISIS part, the SAUDI'S can have their ISIS part, and the poor Kurds can finally live in peace in their own country.

In that case, Israel can sue Iraq for 1) all the carnage, terrorism, loss of life, financial damage caused by terrorists who were encouraged by Sadaam Hussein when he paid terrorists' families US$25,000 after carrying out a terror attack. 2) Sue Iraq for the Scud missile attacks on Israel, for the financial damage, etc, If this goes through, Israel can sue the Arab League and many Arab states for condoning, supporting and providing financial aid to terrorism against Israel not only in Israel but overseas territories also.

Counter sue them for sponsoring terror, expelling Jews, stealing jewish properties and so on. Let's sue them also for the babylonian captivity, with interests!
