Most of the community sadly fell for the Conservative movement and as such are not Jews at all. The few who have opted to go through an Orthodox conversion are fully accepted. Judaism is not an IHop buffet where one gets to pick and choose attributes that agree with one's lifestyle while rejecting those that do not. Any of them wanting to be accepted needs to do what any non Jew would have to do.

You should transfer Medinat Israel to a portion of Uganda's land. Israel accept olim chadasim to take the worst jobs only. Why do you want to move there? Because you haven't been there before. Even Herzl's "Uganda Scheme" proposed Uganda to become the homeland for Jewish people. Nice place.
