You're right. Democracy is the will of the majority and according to polls the majority in Israel does support human rights to LGBT people along with everything that entails, such as: freedom of expression, freedom of speech (as long as it's not hateful), etc. I would say more than a democracy, we live in an enlightened society. You can choose to join us or live on the fringes of society.

Seriously!? Now writers and journalists will be defined by whom they go to bed with. Welcome to the 21st century! In the civilised world LGBT people have almost as much of a voice and almost as much money and influence as straight people. That's what we call equality. If you don't like it, you're more than welcome to join the Taliban. They always welcome new recruits.
