The rise and rise of motorbike use is now a scourge of racket on the roads. Quite apart from the many morons who believe that this is an extension of their genitals and that it proves their manhood, so that the bigger the engine and the more noise it makes, the more man they feel, there is no policing of these selfish lunatics whatsoever. Sadly, there is no invention that puts a stop to selfishness and stupidity. Buskers are NOT the problem.
