1. Ynet's trial by media continous...
Daniel ,   TA_IL   (07.24.16)
How disgusting the goodie lefties are... talk about rights, the rule of law and fairness... Though time and again show that they do not have a clue what these concepts really mean and how to act upon them.
Israel is a judicial dictature with the media as willing henchmen!
2. how to handle fear
chris (munich)   (07.24.16)
If you don't like the fear involved in walking through occupied territory, then the answer is simple: stop the occupation!
3. Better to REPATRIATE all the Arab pals!
BUILD BABY BUILD !!!   (07.24.16)
They belong in Arabia or behind bars.
4. From his own mouth...
A Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (07.24.16)
There is no question here - he was frightened and he panicked...
Anyone that has ever been under fire can understand him.

On cannot really blame him under the circumstances, but the act must still
be punished if only to avoid repetitions in the future.
5. Lies, lies and more lies...
Ben ,   Beer Sheva   (07.24.16)
Puleeez, have some dignity. Fess up and face the consequences. That's what heroes do after all. I personally feel really sad that he's ruined part of his life for a low-life terrorist that was already on his way to the netherworld anyway. But IMHO the judges would probably have more mercy if he were to come clean about it, instead of blaming his commanders and everyone, but himself. Of course the area wasn't closed off. Duh! There was no need to, because the terrorist was almost dead and the knife was really far away. I admit I have zero knowledge of military engagement laws and practices, but all the officers and commanders in the area probably do and much more than him.

7. Azaria
ROBERT KLEIN ,   United States   (07.24.16)
Palestinians build monuments to terrorist killers and what do Israelis do? The justice system is upside down
8. Use same standards as US police vs civilians
Avi L.   (07.24.16)
Use same standards as US police vs civilians

If shooting civilians in the US is allowed when sensing "clear and present danger" why should we act differently with TERRORISTS?

Why make such a fuss?
9. Execute all "Palestinian" terrorists within 72 hrs.
Chaim ,   Israel   (07.25.16)
There is no excuse to keep any "Palestinian" terrorist alive any longer than the time necessary to thoroughly interrogate them, for needed information. Execute all "Palestinian" terrorists within 72 hours of capture. Why do Israelis pamper our murderers and torturers? This is madness!
10. Prosecuting him but not inciting "rav"
Avi L.   (07.26.16)
The state is prosecuting him but not inciting "rav" who are uttering the same kind of atrocities as islamic "men of faith".
