Any change even with the obvious benefits for all always gives rise to the nay sayers just for sake of it....yes the elderly or at least some of them are apprehensive, all the more reason for the authorities to assuage their worries in a positive manner by direct explanations and explaining the temorary alternatives.

As it is said, if you want a delicious Omelet, you have to break some eggs. I believe this project is a win- win for the people of Tel Aviv.
