3. Divert the HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of Dollars currently spent on weaponry, tunnel construction in Gaza etc to infrastructure
4. Negotiate an immediate permanent end to conflict with Israel and Egypt, together with free trade and mutual respect of sovereignity and borders
5 Work toward a State of Palestine in an expanded Gaza created from land exchanges with Israel and possible purchases of territory from Egyptian Sinai together with international financial support for the building and relocation of Palestinians from the West Bank, Lebanon, Jordan and Syria
