1. Self evidently the police are ashamed and hiding the facts. Time to open up and face reality.

2. The institutions that take in national service girls need them. They often replace paid workers. So simply make it non-discretionary. Either they take who ever is offered or they get none.

The ONLY reason Israelis who claim this racism "does not exist" is because in private they will tell you:
1. These are not Jews (and if you think this only stops there you are wrong because such with hunts never stop so a problem for one is a problem for all). They are our sisters and brothers!

2. "How can Jews be Black?" I have heard this even from some of my own relatives -- thankfully not most of them. But we all know people like this

3. Unfortunately, some Jewish people come from countries with no history of tolerance for diversity and so they behave like the people they escaped from. I have had certain Israelis tell me all of these things and some told me that where they came from no Jew was Black so therefore they will not accept a Black person who is Jewish. We have to deal with the problem and deal with it NOW.
