Would be interesting to see how "outraged" the public would be had the ad stated "no chareidim". Not one protest, me thinks. As a chareidi woman, I often had potential employers turn up their nose at me with a look of disdain as soon as I walked in the door.

I suggest that the general public send a strong message to this company by simply boycotting it, No buying any clothes of this brand. If it works for the cottage cheese it will work for any other commercial company.

My dental practice is pluralistic as it should be! I am from Morocco, my dental assistant is a great Ethiopian lady and my cleaner is also a wonderful Ashkenazi woman.
