If Israel will allow illegal villages/houses being build on it's soil it can put up a sign...."COUNTRY for SALE.

Not one of the EU country would allow even a tent village being set up without a permit so why should Israel?

It's time for Israel to adopt the slogan "Israel first"!

Everyone must have places to live. The Beduin have presence here going back a long time. The country cannot have it both ways.It grumbles at unsightly tented villages, whilst not wishing to recognize more permanent structures. The Beduin are usually friendly until antagonised by government. We spent a few days with them on both types of accomodation and they are very hospitable.Hope they get security soon.

WTH Area C is in the West Bank not Israel, WOW. why should they get permit for their own land, isn't it enough you stole 90% of their land, you want more!
4. bib has no creidbilty

bibi cannot enforcehigh court decree to wipe out illegal buildingsbecause he is afraid of obama and EU reaction.

like chaim herzog, bibi's father bentzion did a lousy job in raising such a feeble and hapless son. he is afraid of this and afraid of that. get into the bloody gym and overcome your fears-you damn weakling.

i am inclined to go with becher's account that yoni blew the surprise element of the entebbe raid by overreacting at the first apparent stop check.

and reading yoni's letters, his fears and despertion are negative. as others say, jews have guns now-just shut up and do your job. no one wants to hear you mouth off fears.

all we hear is bibi fears obama, he fears erdogan, he fears putin, he fears EU, he fears bennett and lieberman.

israelis are sick of this as it also comes from herzog and livni. you are a bunch of damn weaklings and htat includes ehud barak whose suckup to obama is grovelling beyond belief.

which is cause root to all problem of interaction with Arab World.
7. You cannot build in any civilized country without a permit!

Those who doubt that the Land of Israel stretches from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea need to consult the 1920 Mandate for Palestine, by which the League of Nations gave the tiny area of Western Palestine to Palestinian Jews and Jews from elsewhere in the world while giving vast territories elsewhere to Arabs. They should also consult The Treaty of Peace Between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan And The State of Israel, October 26, 1994.

Article 6 of the Mandate for Palestine specifies:

"The Administration of Palestine, while ensuring that the rights and position of other sections of the population are not prejudiced, shall facilitate Jewish immigration under suitable conditions and shall encourage, in co-operation with the Jewish agency referred to in Article 4, close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes."

The 1994 peace agreement between Jordan and Israel specifies the location of the boundary line between these two countries:

“The boundary Line shall follow the middle of the main course of the flow of the Jordan and Yarmouk Rivers.” (http://www.kinghussein.gov.jo/peacetreaty.html)

The 1993 and 1995 Oslo Accords, which both Israel and the PLO signed, gave Israel control of Area C and gave the PA control of Areas A and B of "the "West Bank" (Judea and Samaria). Just as it is illegal for Israelis to build without a building permit in areas belonging to, or controlled by, Israel, it is also illegal for Palestinian Arabs or the European Union to build without a building permit in these areas, though whether it is illegal for Palestinian Arabs to build in Areas A and B without a building permit I do not know.

In any case, it is clear that structures erected without a building permit in Israel within the green armistice line or in Area C of the so-called West Bank should be dismantled and Bedouins should be relocated at the expense of the EU or the PA, which permitted this illegal building, to Area A or B. That is the fair solution to the present problem.
8. Double standards
Stephen ,   Laval, Quebec, Canad   (08.20.16)
France has been squawking about this for a long time, as has many EU countries. Perhaps it is time for Israel to pay for the building of a home in a few parks throughout the various capitals of Europe. Since France has made the most noise lately, Paris near the Assembly National would be a great place to start.

When they come to tear down the structures, make certain to point out the double standard.
