If by "terrorism" the boy meant ISIS, then the answer is quite simple: that kind of terrorism is carried out by his own people, his own coreligionists. Thus, they have free access to all Arab and Muslim countries, but not to Israel.

However, if he is not referring to ISIS, then my question is: has he been living in a cave for the past 16/17 years of his existence? Israel has been plagued with terrorist attacks by since its very inception. In fact every summer, Israel is plagued with rockets, knife attacks, suicide bombers.... oh, but I guess that high school miniature of neanderthal would not classify that as terrorism, but "resistance..."
